Hullo and happy happy New Year. I have been spirited off to my homeland so I have time on my hands and creativity waiting to be let out. I am ready to fly, but I need a new canvas. The series seems to have run its course, I loved what came out of it, but now, I want to pave my own path. I still want photos, I still want words, but just in something new. Stay tuned?

Hi.

There is a monologue I heard in this movie called Waking Life which says something about how we just pass people by everyday like ants and barely acknowledge one another. So, hi.. how are you? Tell me something random about yourself or about something random that happened to you that you've always wanted to tell someone but never did. For instance:

i) I have these multicolored ballet flats that are the loveliest shoes I've ever owned but.. they're a little tight.. and I am in denial that one day I shall be able to fit in them.




"I know we haven’t met but I don’t want to be an ant, y’know? I mean, it’s like we go through life with our antennas bouncing off one another, continuously on an ant autopilot with nothing really human required of us. Stop, go, walk here, drive there, all action basically for survival, all communication simply to keep this ant colony buzzing along in an efficient, polite manner. Here’s your change, paper or plastic, credit or debit, you want ketchup with that? I don’t want a straw. I want real human moments. I want to see you. I want you to see me. I don’t want to give that up. I don’t want to be an ant, y’know?” Waking Life
