I swear, I must try and incoporate this into one of 'a softer world' type deviations.
So here's the story of the dress.
"We first met at a flea market. It was love at first sight. But its love came with a price... a price I could not afford. I had to walk away from it, knowing I would never have anywhere to wear it to and it was too extravagant a luxury (But we all know love isn't about convenience, it just happens). Days... weeks... months flew by. I found myself going back to the flea market, just to see how it was doing, whether it was still there. But it still said the same thing. $229. And I always, had to walk away, casting back lingering looks, never knowing if this would be the last time I would see it. Until two days ago. I hadn't been back to visit it for a long time and had tried to put it out of my mind with a flurry of impulse purchases of shirts, pants and even, other dresses. They gave me a temporary measure of satisfaction but they were never really the 'one'. I reached the little store where I knew it would be. I shifted through the racks of clothes idly, not daring to hope. And then my hand brushed its familiar material; coarse and slightly rumpled. I lovingly reached for the price tag, for old time's sake. It could not be. It must be a mistake. I blinked once, twice. My eyes did not deceive me. It was indeed, a huge black 'X' on the only barrier that stood in the way of my love. $229 had been crossed down to $69. I bought it. And we lived happily ever after."
ooh wee.. you got a dress from the oh-so-famous flea market ..
you've got to let me see it .. keke. . is it a tube dress? your hair is kinda blocking the view of your shoulders
